Does the cat on this car unbolt easily?

If so I´d like to hollow it.

I am not going to get into discussions here on why it is not a good idea etc....I just want to know if it can be done....thanks!

yes, it is possible....just, the bolts are probably gonna need cut off...and replaced....when i did my clutch, i had to remove the header and what not....and in order to get the header out of the way, i needed to remove it from the cat....so...yes it can be done....infact i´ll be doing mine, i have an obstruction restricting my airflow,so....i hope this helped in some way shape or form

after you remove it, hollow it out and get ready to put it back on, put some anti-seize compound on the threads of the bolts, that way if you ever need to take it back off, you won´t have to cut the bolts off. Any shop that does that should have put some anti-seize compound on the threads if they ever replaced anything underthere, so try to get the bolts out before you just go cutting bolts off.
