I was at the pull a part today and happened to see a GT with the header still intact.

Is it the HO header off of the 1st gen GT? And ?? if so, is that a direct bolt up to a 2nd gen GT?

That's the way I understand it. I already pulled one for my wagon, but haven't had time to install it.
I have read that it may require some slight modification to clear the oil pan.

What type of modification? Any links? I'm a noob and dont really know this board yet.

it's gone, I saw the h/o motor weds. with no header
clean looking valve cover, that's why I remember it
