every time i drive my car the speakers make a high pitch noise with the rpms on the car the cd player i just installed and the speakers are hooked to my amp the cd player is a pos half dead the audio wires dont work thats why there on my amp any ideas to what the prob is other than needing a new head unit thats worth a damn

you ran your rca's next to your power wire.
you have a sony headunit.

its a 2001 model pioneer its been throe hell and back im fixing to try my wifes headuniot since shes at work so i dont get bitched at lol

yea the head unit i was useing was a old pioneer that half worked so i pulled my wifes brand new sony from her civic while she was at work to see if it was my head unit and sure enough was i kinda figured from the get go that i just needed a better head unit thanks to all for helping me

Internal ground In the head unit,Pioneer was good at running separate ground for the deck and the speakers.Basically 3 grounds for the head unit.IDK why,over kill.
