Hey guys .. new at the board .. 89 escort

I got the car because it wouldn´t run. I unseized the injector and now it runs like ass.. guess it needs some fresh gas ..

I have a question ... want to know exactly how to tune it as far as timing goes... it´s a 1.9 TBI. the manual i have doesn´t tell me anything.
