HELP!
My 2000 Escort Se 2.0L split port was running hot. I flushed the system and replaced the coolant. It was Still running hot. (Needle pegged on H) I then replaced the water temp sensor and the thermostadt.
NOW I have a new problem. Check engine light comes on, OBD Code reader says po117.
The car now starts hard when cold, running on one or two cylinders for the first 20 seconds. The radiator fan comes on immediatly and dont shut off. After it warms up the car operates fine, but the checl engine light stays on. code reader still says p0117.
I also noticed my A/C dont blow cool air. checked the charge and it is fully charged? Dont know if there related. All started at the same time.
