go register on www.escortracing.com and check the how-to section they have a thing to sand&polish your headlights. I have yet to do the same thing, they look all yellow and stuff ;-)

I had the exact same problem. I got new headlights from Directparts.com for $49.95 each. They look 100 times better than what was on there, and now they match the clear corners. While I was at it I upgraded to APC Ultrawhite bulbs too.

wow thats a decent price... for new ones on my car its 600 american or somethin rediculous like that

I went to autozone for my new headlight assemblies...$150 each....each...$300 total... American. Thats´ right I got screeeeeewed. lol Oh well, I can see and thats all that I care about.

Don´t feel bad James. We all get screwed sooner or later. Yeah the headlights were a good deal, but I also paid $1600 to have my stupid automatic trans rebuilt, which is a rip-off!

And the headlights from direct parts aren´t Ford OEM´s, but they seem like good quality, and fit fine. I put mine on myself with no problem, other than breaking one of the clips that holds the grille on. The headlights have a nice, clear, shiny look to them just like the clear corners. Definitely worth the cost!
