I put a new battery in the thing and am still having problems with it starting. There are some wires on a harness by the dash board. I wiggled them last night when it wouldn't start, then it did. Do you think they need to be tightened or do I have other problems like the alternator? Please help!!

Kinda hard to tell what is wrong with the little info you gave. What wires? where under the dash. Near the fuse block? Or somewhere else? Could be the ignition switch going. Or it could be the ignition module.
I know the fuel pump relay is around there under the dash. It could be a lose connnection there.

Well... I'm just lazy, so I wouldn't have figured it out, and someone else would have done the work. Highanddry woulda just used duct tape (the same stuff that's probably holding his car together) or electrical tape. You've also upset highanddry because he really wanted a picture. Stay away from him, it's trouble.

I thought of duct tape too but...naw! I do have to say I am much older than my car! hehehe It is my granny car! I'm 51. Thanks for your help guys. Next time I will check the cables 1st! When I got the new battery, the guy that put it in for me should have checked them right? I guess I have to go give them hell! Caused me to loose a day of work.
