I was online checking out Escorts (I already have two, so i was just looking) and I came across this add. I have never seen green interior in an Escort. Is this rare?

It doesn't seem like it's too common of a colour. I haven't seen a green interior in the junkyard, but I know they're out there.

That's a pretty clean looking car... even though I think the green interior is hideous.

My 1998 Escort sedan is a light green with a grey interior and my wife's 1999 burgundy Escort wagon's interior is tan. I dont care for the green interior either, I just havent seen it before. I replaced my carpet with a black one and think a blue or black interior would be nice. Though I haven't found any at U-Pull-It.

I know this is off topic, but in your opinion does moving up to a larger wheel size make the car even more uncomfortable? I was looking at a set of 17" ADR's (mine are stock 14's). I do a lot of driving and dont want it to be any-less comfortable than it is now, but would like the look of new wheels.

Also, i have read on these forums that the ZX2 and MX3 seats bolt in and alot of people seem to prefer them. In your opinion, are they worth the swap comfort-wise? I don't car about whether or not they look better, i just really need to make the car more comfortable during road trips. I have seen leather ZX2 seats for sale on ebay today for $250ish and am wondering if it would be worth buying.

I personally prefer 15" wheels. you still have some sidewall, so the tires still have some "give" when you hit bumps.

I definitely recommend upgrading your seats. a must-have for longer distance driving!

16"+ wheels use mostly low profile tires, less sidewall give means you feel the bumps more. you're best off with a 14 or 15" wheel.

the green is actually a little darker, like the door panel in the one pic. I really like it, personally.
