Has anyone on here looked into or bought the Gude cams? I am thinking of camshafts upgrade along with larger TB from them. Looking for others with experience with thier parts, very hard to find parts for these cars to make some power!!

I don´t know the stock cam specs so I can´t really guesstimate and being as this is a DOHC 16 valver I am thinking cam degreeing is going to be VERY important.

So the engine in the GT is not just basicly the same as the ones in the Miata but it is the same and can use the same internal mods?

Re: Gude cams, send a private message to Slapyo. He rebuilt a GT engine using their set-up.

I don´t know re: Miata engines but Miatatude will. My understanding was that they are indeed the same engine but GTs had better intake systems than early 1.8l Miatas and later 1.8l Miatas have the variable valve timing that we never got. On the other hand, we benefit from looser emissions standards.
