Does anybody know if there is a difference in specs between the GT and LX steering knuckles or are they the exact same? I have a 91 Escort GT w/ 5 speed trans.

I know that the hubs and the bearings are definitely different for the 91 GT/LX. I'd bet Beav's left testicle that the steering knuckles are also different.

took the entire assembly off of a 91 EGT and put it on my 95LX when I had a bad wheelbearing on the 95 (faster than getting a new one pressed into the existing, it was a weekend and everything was closed).

They're identical as far as I could tell.

of course, perhaps the 91 LX would be different, but since I didn't have one of those to play with, I can't tell you for sure.

Revival!!! I'm looking for a Gt knuckle and can only find Lx bits. Should I go for it or look further??
