...Well I sure do!
Went over to Performance Improvements today to see what was new and stumbled upon a sale on Vibrant Mufflers.
I bought this rice burner (with removable baffle) for $100.
My buddy bought one too and installed it on a 93 Escort LX and I must say it sounds pretty deep without the baffle in place. With the baffle installed, it's almost as quiet as a stock setup. It'll be interesting to see how it sounds when I put it on my ZX2 in the spring.

on behalf of everyone that passes you on a daily basis, please leave the baffle in.

:)
hahaha I concur.

Looks cool man. I wouldn't put a $100 muffler on my car, but whatever floats your boat.

You know what...at $100(Canadian) I couldn't pass up the opportunity.
Even if it rotts out or falls off, it'll be interesting to see how it sounds/performs. lol

Everybody seems to prefer the sound of my scort over there import...I spent 85 bucks (U.S.) on my duel inlines that sit side by side....

In fact I think I want to get rid of it to get a single carbon fiber muffler (oh yeah and full 2.5" piping turbo back cat-less)

Hope it sounds as nice

ok, so lemme get this straight...you guys dont wanna put a 100 dollar muffler on your cars, right? (please, correct me if im wrong) but the full cat back pacesetter system is only like $180 on nopi.com. :?: :?:
i guess i just dont see the problem with a $100 muffler. am i missing something?

For the millionth time, I have to agree with Beaver boy :sign3: . I like the sound of that muffler!! I also like the way it looks. For a $100 its a super bang for your buck. Good job Mark. I bet you can't wait to install it.

I'm just joking with that sign; I think Beaver Boy is the the smartest, most logical guy on this forum.

I think it sounds better with the silencer off... Ive heard the mufflers on many different cars, and when the silencer is on they sound like it has a large leak in the exaust. My buddy just put one on his Civic, and it sounds absolutly wicked. I'm thinking of getting one myself because my flowmaster on my GT sounds horrible.
