Any way you could check for sure to see if it would fit a 3rd gen? Also how much difference does it make with stock suspension? May be interested in one if it fits.

o_O that would be cool, I haven't heard of anyone with a front tie bar on an escort or if it's even necessary, but wouldn't hurt to try? i hope it wouldn't limit your steering capabilities though, probably not?

Both have been made before and are still available from Pierce Motorsports.

The front make a noticeable difference in steering response, but you lose ground clearance since it has to go under the front/rear crossmember

Well I don't know if we are use same material, but same design what material I use could be any size as long it fit but right now I'm using stainless steel 1 3/8 x 1/4 thick wall pipe, and where bolts go though I use 1 7/8 x 1/4 thick wall pipe again like I said I don't charge on materials and it base charge on my labor...

Ur right about lose ground clearance on the front tiebar but u won't lose ground clearance on the rear tiebar.. so far I have been installed the rear tiebar and it noticeable improvement... The front tiebar is coming soon it going be a 2 point tiebar just like the rear.... :)

Everything he has made for these cars has been from chromoly.

I am sure you will sell a few of these, but just dont make them from Aluminum, it would be a waste of time.
