I've got a 95 LX that I've fully swapped the GT drive train and electrical from and I've ran into an issue I can't figure out. The fuel pump does not prime with the key on, but I can move the flap in the throttle body and the pump turns on. I can also ground the relay beside the ECU and the fuel pump will come on. I do not recall if the GT donor car primed when I turned the key on, but it did seem to have to crank longer than usual for the car to fire which leads me to believe this was an issue in the old chassis. Is this something anyone else has addressed?

not sure exactly how the 1.8 system works, but the lx system the pcm controls the relay based off of rpm, sort of like how the vaf controls it in the other setup. looking at the wiring diagrams, there is no pcm control, and is completely regulated by the vaf.

After speaking to another member I've learned that the 1.8 does not prime with the ignition, just with the vaf. System is working as it should. Thank you for looking into this.
