fuel guage doesnt work right, goes full, then quarter, then half a tank, then low, blah blah blah. how to fix?

You can try cleaning up the ground wire for the fuel sender. Take off the bottom of the back seat and there should be 2 wires at one of the screws. Just make sure its clean and making contact. If that doesn´t work it is probably the fuel level sender in the tank.
