after i get it off, how do i secure a mesh grill on to it? also, i would go to pepboys to get some of the grill material, but might a hardware store carry something that will work for cheaper?

i got some wire mesh at a home depot for $1.25 for a yard. you can secure 'em down with some caulk or liquid nails.
and yeah, the custom idea would be rad.

here's my dillema...i bought some grill, cut it out and removed the original grill and installed the mesh. problem is, when i installed it, there was no way for me to secure the bottom (the kit came w/ zip ties cheap s.o.b's) is there any way for me to secure the bottom part of the grill w/o using an epoxy or is that the only way. i was hoping for something to secure to inside the bumper, but there was nothing, unless i missed something. any suggestions?

Use some glue, a lot of glue :p or go with epoxy, you'll not see it from the exterior :p
