I found my problem for sure now, i pulled the head off and theres a crack in number 2 cyl in between the valves and outside the chamber near exhaust side als a crack in #3 cyl between the valves and thats all i found. So new head time. Thanks for eveyones help you all gave me some much needed advive on this i appreciate it. Hawk

Did you get misfire codes?

If the head cracked, it was likely due to inadequate cooling. While you have the head off, see what you can do about cleaning out the coolant passageways in the block. The block may have been neglected (no coolant flushes) and you wouldn't wanna go down this road again.

yea, good call...once the motor gets too hot one of two things usually happen...blow a gasket or start losing chunks of the head into the motor...not a prety sight...i have seen a few peices around the valves gone missing...
