    My ford bumpers getting hit in the car park.. how much to repair it? is there any reliable shop to recommend? thanks.

    If you are talking about the usual bumpers on a Ford Escort - they may be cracked and broken - but its usually only the ABS plastic part that is busted, with the body and mounts undamaged. The bumpers unbolt fairly easily. So unless you have damage to body panels like the fenders or the sheet metal above the bumper or the trunk lid - you could just get a new bumper and put it on. The junkyards are where most of us would look for bumpers, though they are becoming harder to find each year. You could also try a 'collision repair' business. They supply parts to the body shops, and could probably get a new bumper. $$$
