the front and the side were not that hard but the rear bumpper was a pain in the rear to do it gets it on with out cuting it they hade to weld that metal stip and screw it down and fiber glass at the end it can out nice but it was a lot of work! Thats why you don't see that many rear bumpers on escort cause not evryone can do it them selves i had it do but if you have the time go for it.
