For sale is a SCT 4 Bank Chip (LXQ1) & Jaybird J3 Reader/Programmer. The bank chip comes with 4 tunes with one aggressive NA tune (disclaimer off road use only), 3 nitrous tunes, and a stock tune. You simply turn the dial to your desired program. I can go into more details with the NA tune, but its much more aggressive than a NGPO. For the Jaybird, it can read/write to the chip. I can't go into details since I used it for a quick project, but moates.net explains more of the chip.
