alright,.....i´ve had some major problems with my socrt lately.....1st, i get her running, running decent enough, and she dies......alright, next day, start her up without a maf...she runnes but won´t move, and i notice the header is glowing red....so....im told to take the cat off and clean it out/hollow it out....so, right now i just disconnected it....and, now it won´t freaking start up......i´m beginning to think i should replace my timing belt?...

i need some suggestions....anyone anyone at all???

basically what the car does is......crank...crank, puts and cranks....switch it off, pump the gas, crank put crank put, start...die........than crank put put put put start....runs...go to move, and dies....

If the head / exhaust manifold are getting that hot, it sounds like the timing is WAY too retarded. You´re EGTs are probably skyrocketing. Either your timing is off by a notch or two, or you´re running WAY too lean. Actually seems stupid but I would check for a wire short up by the ECU with the airflow signal. I would prevent starting, and then if started could cause a timing/fuel prob.
