Yes, yes it will fit. It's a direct bolt on, all you need is new gaskets. You don't even need to get your exhaust redone or the cat relocated or anything.
Mentioned many times before. Heh.

i dont plan on keeping my cat on my car i will be getting a high-flow cat and a spring coupler so my exaust can flex

It's only a Direct bolt on for third gens Escorts, 1.9's use a different cat flange all together, and EGR is in a different spot to.

But the SPI shorty can be used on a 1.9 with a little work, or a third gen down pipe/cat.

Nope the floor pan of a focus is not the same.

No the floorpan/chassis of a focus is not the same so the focus exhaust will not fit an escort.
