you can get kits of ebay pretty cheap my buddy had one on a 93 dodge pick up but it's hard on the motor
Why would it be hard on the motor, i'm just curious. i thought it was just burning unused exhaust gases, i know you have to be a little bit harder on the engine to produce more of these exhaust gases, but other than that i have no clue as to why it would make it any harder on the engine.

would appreciate it if anybody could explain this to me.

Some kits run the motor very rich for a few seconds, then ignite with a spark plug near the exhaust tip. Others actually run a fuel line and auxiliary pump to a point in the exhaust, and then also use a spark plug to ignite the fuel. Either is kinda of a pain in the ass, don't really look that cool, and could be pretty dangerous, and also waste fuel. Shouldn't be hard on the motor though.

I would suggest boosting it with an FMU, and dumping the exhaust straight out the side of the front bumper. VOILA! Flamethrower!
