Thanks marclar for the detailed response. Exactly what I was looking for.

System is all back together. We pulled a vacuum and it held, then charged it it up and checked for leaks. Everything is looking good so far and the air is blowing out at about 50 degrees at idle, and 40 degrees while driving 25 mph.

DB, I didn't see an answer to your question about having to remove the radiator. I'm able to replace the condenser in my 91 LX. What did you find is the best way for getting it out?

the condenser sits infront of the radiator. shouldnt need to remove the radiator. if anything you can remove the upper 2 mounts to allow it to push backwards.
