So I took my head off a few months ago when I did my new trans and clutch as some of you already know, and I noticed #2 cylinder didn't come up to TDC with #3, so I posted on her about it and Silverton said sounded like a bent rod, BINGO, you pegged that one good dude here's a video of me taking that piston out and just see for yourself what it looks like.

yeah I'm not a camera man for a reason ha ha, but I do know how to wrench good for a 21 year old DIY guy
course helps that I've rebuilt my 1.9 scort 2 times lol.
So I started today 9/12 at noon, at 8 tonight I had the good rod in and everything in the bottom end torqued back in, and got the oil pan back on, not bad started at 12 with nothing done I just had started, so now tomorrow after church I'ma toss the head back on hook everything up and see what she purrs like with all the cylinders hitting good.
here's what it ran like before with the bent rod, I'm sure that's what caused it to run this bad it just got worse because the day before I had been rough on it and started it the next morning and it ran like this....

I'm sure that's what it was there's no cracks in the cylinder head all looks good.
