Hey guys, new member here!

I have a 2001 Ford Escort 4dr with a burned out gear shifter light, its an automatic. I tried looking up a solution on the interweb, but no luck. Found this site at the same time and thought I could get some help. Is it a fuse or is the light burned out? Is this an easy change? Any help would be appreciated.

bulb. you have to remove the center console (start at the back and work forward) to get to the socket, which is under the shifter.
