Anyone know if I can use the Fiesta 1.6 turbo manifold on my 89 1.9 HO head? I am thinking about putting a T25 turbo instead of a VJ11/VJ14 hybrid. If not what european CVH equipped vehicle has the same port shape and pattern as my 89 HO head?

This is one I found on ebay

Well I found one and I bought it. The seller has been really cool for me. He even replied last night at 12:00am

The total looks to be around 315, however, I will be working some overtime next week to return some money lol. Its pricey I agree, but a good fellow member Lowscort posted me some pictures of this on his HO 1.9, I wouldnt have attempted to buy it without his proof. His picture made so much peace of mind for me. I thank him for that!!! Here is what it looks like.

I agree 40GBP is a little pricey but you won't be disappointed. The RS manifold in a 1gen is the easiest install.

Here's a moving picture of a RS on the rollers.

And it's only a 1.6...

So the exhaust mani's will interchange with the 1.6 & the 1.9/2.0's?

Yes the RS manifold from the UK MK3/MK4 RS turbo Escorts will bolt on. The problem as I understand it is that there are clearance issue's on the 2nd and 3nd gen cars when using the RS manifold. I'm sure someone else on the form can explain more. The only reason more people aren't using the UK manifold is the cost of having it shipped over. There not hard to find. At least one a week is posted on eBay UK, if not more.

This is my old post. No longer have the email address and lost the password.

I remember this day. The seller ended up nearly screwing me by not sending me the manifold. Put a complaint in on ebay for no shipment and it froze all activities for the guy. He ended up pleading me to reinstate the complaint so that he could finish up some pending sales. I refused till he sent it to me overnight. HIS MOM got ahold of me to take care of it. When I recieved the manifold I didn't realize he sent me the wrong one. It was a T3 manny from the Escort RS rather than the T2 manny from the Fiesta RS. I retracted the complaint when I figured this out anyway being happy with the end result and we moved on with our lives. Sneaky guy but thankfully ebay backed me up.

I no longer have my LN7, sadly, but I do have a nice 85 EXP Turbocoupe that I am using the manifold in now with a .48/.60 T3. Love the set up.
