Ok, Here's mine,
Old one, My starter,
My old 94 LX, Wife inherited it.
My new 91 Cayman GT
A couple questions though...
@Cruizin: What kind of front lip is that?
@ Lilblue: What kind of kit is that (I know you get that a lot, but I gotta ask)
Peter (Cruizin) used garden border for the lip...
Cody, is that a 3.8L S/C?
Yep. With factory pulley sizes on both the crank and the supercharger it builds about 9psi, which is just fine with E85, I wouldn't go much more though, being there isn't any sort of intercooler. Maybe a smaller pulley would be okay with E85 and methanol/water injection... But I am not going to try that. I am gathering parts for a 9.5:1 rebuild currently. At the same time as that goes in, I am doing a 5 speed swap, R-Compounds and Megasquirt/Wideband. I should realistically shave another 2+ seconds in the quarter. My goal is 13.9 at this altitude.
What kind of numbers you making with the 3.8 S/C? Where is it routed?
Getting ready for the track
nice paint scheme. great way to rep us.
these were taken a while back, my homemade bumpers have taken a leave of absence, due to some, umm, recent events...
but it's just a stock lx, i'm planning on a manual swap soon, then maybe boost it
you gonna fix the bumper?
Looky.... A stock bodied 97 Lx... Havn't had the car out much since I picked up the "project" to get pics.. This was taken before rear rh strut was fixxed.. Look at that camber lol. The body will stay just as pictured after build.. except I plan on getting the paint off the wheels, maybe some newer 5 spoke miata wheels? That'd be about it..
Some blue eyes.. That apparently arent that blue looking in pics, I guess..
All other pics are off build, and are marked as classified as of current. [/url]
not a chance, fiberglass is too much of a pain, and to keep the bumpers from weighing a billion pounds, you have to keep it fairly thin, which also makes it really fragile, so i'm probably just going to pick up a set of gt bumpers and call it good, then they won't break unless i legitimately hit something, haha
Im not 100% certain but I think Im the first person to put legitimate RPF1s on an Escort?
During the suspension install.
That's a hot LX, bud! What suspension are you running?
That looks nice! Im liking the little pic in your signature too
2g sedans are pure sex!
Thanks man! They are MX-3 Ksport Kontrol Pro Coilovers. And I love them! Glad to see you're still kicking around these parts Neuman, you always were an asset to the community.
I'm officially in love with another LX. That's what I want my susp to look like on Goblin. What profile tire are you running on the RPF1's?
