Anyone have factory cruise control and air bags (like in a 1995 or 1996 LX)? I'm wondering if anyone has gotten their cruise control from the junkyard and the steering wheel part looks like it might be a pain.

I've got factory cruise control in my 95 GT, and I've seen a couple other GT's with cruise but so far no LX's. That's all the help I can give.

When I was looking for escorts I drove an LX wagon and an LX sedan with cruise control, so I think they do in fact come that way, I'm not sure. I know my LX sedan has cruise control, but it's a 97 not a 96. You could try though, a lot of the parts from 2gens work on 3gens and vice versa. Still, not sure.

I nkow for a fact that LX models had available cruise control. I seem to have all the wiring for it, just not the parts.
