What I'm doing is building my new bumper the one that's in the pic, while leaving my broke stock bumper on the car currently. However if you wanna graft another section in it's simple. Takes a lot of drilling tho take like a thin alliuminum wire like picture hanging wire, and basically stich it together like you would a cut. But you'll have to drill a bunch of holes but I've seen it done and it works great. But personally my bottom have of the bumper in the pic I'm going to take a soldier iron melt some holes in the edge where I cut the lip off and put coat hangers in making a new shape for it like a human skeleton and lay the fiber blanket over top of the hangers. I'm going to try and get everything done up to the laying in the fiberglass blanket this weekend and once I get some more I'll post the pics. But if your going to graft another bumper in it's easy I'll see if I can find the video tommorrow where I seen the guy stitching on his bumper and that will give you a good idea on how easy it is. I bought a second bumper to work on just invade I screw up my car don't look like horse crap cause escorts are diamond in the ruff around here lol

he's chopping a rx7 front end up and adding it to a 3000GT front end. This should help you out some.

Ok, just to put 2 more cents in here.... I totalled my 2 door and now have a 4 door again... this time I did my third wing design and now doing the lower area of the front bumper... yes it's a GT front bumper but I moulded it in because a piece of firewood hit the left front corner and broke it... on the way to fixing it, decided to add more flavor to it and now really liking the outcome... 20180429_183024.jpg

I am going to trim the bottom a little more but with stock ride height, it's 5 1/2 inches off the ground....

I hope to God you don't hit anything because that fiberglass spoiler is going to shatter into a million pieces when you do.

Have you thought about maybe grabbing a flexible plastic bumper cover off of a Honda or Escort and flip it around so that the bumper part is at the bottom then trim it to fit? This way if you hit the occasional parking barrier or whatever you won't destroy all your hard work since the spoiler has some flex to it.

This will turn out good bud once I trim it... it's off as I am doing another round of resin... I will trim an inch off of it now that I have been looking and looking at it... I went on some errands this morning and not one scrape yet... I am still driving the same way and trying not to think about the front air dam.... dude, the bumper cost 30 bucks and I am really only going to add maybe 2 pounds to the nose... My rear wing is way heavier than my front air dam bud... The materials that I used was maybe only 50 bucks or so... If it shatters, than it shatters... It's way lighter and higher off the ground than my very first attempt... just having fun with the design bud...

I've been thinking about adding a rear and front spoiler to the wagon. I want to build something similar to a Subie Hatch spoiler. Like this:

Still trying to figure out what type of chin spoiler I want to do.
