I just found out my friend has a pacesetter exhaust for my gt, (1.8 93), for about 100-120. This is put on and everything! Is it really worth it, I mean, nowhere around where I live has a mandrel bender. If the shop does, they charge over $320 american. I was thinking buy the pacesetter exhaust and cut off their muffler to replace it with a dual canister muffler. Should I buy this exhaust, HELP! Oh yeah, I only plan to keep this car for a couple more years, so i don´t think rusting will matter.

ya buy it, just make sure it´s for the 1.8 and gt(2dr) cause they are different.

It sounds like a great deal.. but I just wanted to throw this out there. You don´t neccessarily need to find a shop that can mandrel bend. You can buy mandrel bent exhaust piping, and have a shop weld together your pipes however you want them to. It´s a good option for a DIYer who doesn´t have a mandrel bender.
