as a note, you have to goto:

then select your bandwidth. close that window and then goto

http://ih3.manga.net/default.aspx?EntryIDEmail=4002 again...its confusing. otherwise, after you select your bandwidth it randomly picks someone instead of me. so you have to set your bandwidth first.

its way simple. what would you do if msn gave u $25k? in 200 words or less say what you would do. it has to go in one of the 3 categories they list. they had it set up at my school so i sat down at a laptop, filled out a form, then they video taped me.
