I'm not really sure. I would imagine intake, exhaust. That sorta thing. On the site he said he hadn't put the turbo in yet at the time of that race so that was an N/A Escort!!!! In two weeks they are racing again and he says he'll have his turbo on by then. The evo guy said he would beat him, but he doesn't know about the turbo.

Everybody read that post about the mustang owner talking about civics? And the way it was put on the civic site? How 'bout we go stick this on the site and ask 'em if imports still rule domestics? LOL

A bigger turbo will give him less lower end power though, right? This is what I always thought anyways... I've never owned one so I don't know. Is there any way to get lower end power out of a large turbo? I thought you used a twin turbo for that. One turbo for low end, and a bigger one for high end. ???

for the most part, you're right. the larger the turbo, the longer it takes to spool up, and it's just that much longer until you get the power. but, when you do get it to spool, you go. generally, this doesn't come into effect in drag racing where the rpm's stay fairly high the entire time, it's just a PITA for daily driving, and makes the car a bit harder to launch from a stop, due to the fact that you have to rev higher to get into useable power (which is when nitrous is handy, just to get you moving from a stop and let the turbo take over)
