I'm looking to port my intake manifold on a zx2. The runners have valleys that could be filled with some kind strong epoxy and then ported. The legend Johnp on teamzx2 use to do this.

Any thoughts what would work? I have nitrous as well.

Its a plastic manifold and I believe Johnp used a epoxy when I last spoke with him.

can you elaborate on this a bit? the manifold is made of glass fiber reinforced thermo plastic. its very hard to get anything to adhere to it.

A legend named Johnp on teamzx2 used a filler on top of the pastic runners. After the filler dried, you would grind the ports open to removed as much material to open the ports. Good results of 6-8hp.

ok that makes sense. there are some weird angles built into the cast. not for a lack of trying id assume on fords side, just hard to make the molds.
