My 95 with a 1.9 won't start engine quit while driving and will turn over but won't start. Please help

I would start by pulling the upper timing cover and seeing if it the belt is broken. Otherwise, check fuel pressure, maybe pump took a dump. Just ensure you have compression, fuel and spark, those are what is needed for combustion.

Every time I've had any of my Escorts quit and not restart while driving down the road it has either been the timing belt or fuel pump.

Check the fuel pump inertia switch.
