Electric Turbos?

So what do you guys know about these electric turbos that fit onto the intake? Do they actually improve performance or is it just a buch of bologna. I saw these on e-bay if you are wondering.

i have been wandering the same thing . they kinda seem to be fake bc if they worked so tramendiously then y would they b so cheep.
