Hey gang,
I just realized that GT header doesn´t have the EGR hook-up like my stock manifold on my 89 LX. The EGR connection is at the bottom of the header near the flange connection. I can either try and run an extension down to it, make a splice at the same hole where my O2 sensor is or eliminate the EGR together. I´m wondering if the car will run bad with the EGR disconnected. Any thoughts? Thanks.

You may fail your emissions test since your NOx emissions would be higher. Also, your combustion temperature will probably be higher. It might cause pinging.

Any idea what is an ideal piping to splice the line with? Anything I can get at a local shop or will have to be Ford?
