i know that a dohc zetec bolts line up to a spi block and that the head gaskets are the same size but i dont know about the coolant and oil passages.
pretty sure ive seen a sohc head and the zetec block but i think they had to do alot of work, jeffscortlx would know the details
It's not worth the work. It would be 10x easyer just to swap the entine motor. If you think your saving your self work by just swapping the head and leaving the block in the car, your in for a big surprise.
