I have a 94 Ford Escort Gt. I got some NUMBER #1 ONE Coilover Springs.
Everytime i lift my car my springs have alot of slack, and i want to know
if you have to compress the springs. because i feel every bump in the world.
my friend said that i souldn´t be feeling the most littleist bumps.
so can someone help me?

I know im new to this Forum but...uhh.. Do you really have to post this four times in a row?! Anyways... It seems to me like your Escort is suffering from what I call Hoppin-honda-riceness.... The weight of the car isn´t proportional to the tension of the springs. They are too "soft". So yeah compressem or get other springs.

ok, I installed Weapon R coil overs on mine(93egt) and I had some slack left when assembled, but the right is preety tight and not what I would call excessivly bouncy

my ride is hard ass... I can feel every bump... essentially no body lean in my 91 GT

What kind of coilovers do you have on your GT b/c I have the same car and year and I am thinking of ordering the Dropozones from Ebay
