ok this may be a stupid question but im bored and lookin for ideas....is it possible to change the rear brakes from drums to discs?????

If you have a GT you already have discs. But if you have an LX then I think it might be possible to change the drums to discs.

Yes, it´s definitely possible to put rear discs on a 2nd gen LX. Realize that there´s more to it than just swapping the brakes themselves, and that the parking brake will have to be redone too. It´s probably a worthwhile mod, just not as easy as it may seem at first.

If you are like me, and you have spent the time to look under the rear end of a 3rd gen ZX2 and a 2nd gen gt you noticed how similar they are. I haven’t tried, but it looks like one could get the rear end discs and all under the back of ZX2. Thus eliminating the worthless drums that reside there now. The more I drive my ZX2 the more I realize how much better of a car my 94 gt really is. No joke.
