OK, here´s your dilemma of the day:

You are the President of the United States.

You´ve just learned that there is an asteroid headed for France that will completely wipe out their entire country.

It is predicted to hit about 2:30 a.m. in just two days from now.

You have enough ships and military personnel nearby that can help evacuate their people safely, but they are on stand-by in case of war with Iraq.

Your question: do you set the VCR to record the asteroid hitting France, or do you stay up to watch it live?

:-( ´ere, to you mind?! Don´t forget we poor buggers live right next door! :-(
First thing I´d do is go up to Scotland - set my Vid. get a Union Flag and a bucket of popcorn and WATCH LIVE singing "Inger-land, Inger-land" like some soccer hooligan, then go home (if I´ve still got one) and DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!!! ;-)

Just a thought: may I respectfully enquiry whether this would be an American precision guided asteroid? :-Y

It´s kinda like saying if train A leaves New York at 3 pm going west a 50 mph, and train B leaves SanFransico going east at 70 mph, how much does your neighbour´s Z24 suck?

The answer? BOTH! Watch it live AND record it. That way you can go back and review the impact whenever you need a good laugh.

LMAO... so no point in asking what everyone thinks of france *L*

P.S. I may have to go back to england one of these days. The english still aren´t afraid to stand up for what is right...even if it isn´t that popular.

hey should I rent a ford mondeo or a Vauxhall Vectra while in scotland? I don´t think I get the choice as they are both in the same class but...

The Mondeo is the more popular of the two - I´ve never driven a Vectra but have had loads of Vauxhalls and have always liked them - the choice is yours! :)
