Yes I know all that. Filed Non Paying Bidder Alert and offered that second chance thing to the next highest bidder, and left very negative feedback.

You prolly dont want any bad feedback, but if you gave it first,
he could give you a negative also. Ive had that happen to me
before. I usually wait until I get feedback first.

He'll never have the guts. Anyone would see where I got it and go see his. And I would have a response there. I haven't doe anything to warrant bad feedback anyway. The most negative thing he can say is I tried to make him pay and then gave him bad feedback. Besides, this clown is completely clueless. If I didn't think Ebay would get on my case, I'd get everyone to flood his email.

I didnt deserve mine either, but there are some people on there
that will give bad feeback whether you deserve it or not if you give
a bad feedback first. thats why I always never give feedback first.

Thing that pisses me off is when you buy something, pay for it the same day after you win and they never give you feedback for quick payment. I've learned not to give feedback when I receive the product until they give me mine first. I pay with PayPal 99.9% of the time so it's very quick. I've had at least four to five auctions not give me feedback for my fast payment. Most understand when I explain to them my feelings about not posting feedback until I get mine for payment. But there are others who can't see that for some reason. :dink:

Yeah! I am owed 2 feedbacks from people who are too lazy or stupid to do it. In both cases I sold speakers to them. I politely remind them, but I don't wanna piss them off. One guy said he was waiting until he installed them. That'll take months in this weather!
