Hey, is anyone else here an avid/hardcore gomputer gamer? If so, what games?
me: addicted to Diablo 2, Mechwarrior 2,3,4, Mechcommander 2, Starcraft, and Firearms MOD for HalfLife. now and then, ST:TNG Birth of the Federation and Homeworld
and during the single hour of the day when i´m not gaming: thinking about women, my Scort, or studying for school. Sometimes partying, but there´s not much to do when you´re 18 in Regina, SK, CAN...

halflife by itself sucks, i don´t like it at all, but the mods they have for it...holy crap they are great!!

Okay, so last school year I played counter-strike minimum 5 nights a week. From about 8pm to 1am, non stop.

And over a two week period I would end up with a free dinner in pay off money from betting on the games.

Now, I dont play much anymore, the puter doesn´t like the new version. So I spend my time with the car club figuring out whats going to happen with the scort...more to come on that this summer.

I personally was addicted to the Tom Clancy series.I beat Rouge Spear and was in the middle of Rainbow Six when the company I was working for went bankrupt.Couldn´t be because we spent all day hunting and shooting the company owner who, set up three computers on the network so that we could all play at the same time,could it?

Juggernaut, If you play a lot of those games online, I hope you have a highspeed connection. If you do I can send you some tweaks to decrease the latency and increase the surf spped. My day job is the senior dsl troubleshooter for bellsouth dsl in miami. When I´m not wrenching on the old lx or playing startrek elite force or quake 3 or diable2. etc etc.

yes, meesa have DSL, and i don´t know what i´d do without it! probably pump the computer game money into my Scort, but still!

Do you have it tweaked? if not yu can go to www.speedguide.net , pateches,
choose your operating system, download unzip and merge with your reg and reboot. I increased my surf 30% and my downloads went from 101KB/s to 165KB/s. Good luck.
