    i have seen in the 150-170's that is what most people say, What you want is all the cyclinders to have the same, or around the same reading

    with the lowest reading cylinder no less than 75% off of the highest reading cylinder.

    160/160/135/160 would still be acceptable, but I'd check out that #3 cylinder for safety's sake.
