Will the interior door panels from an '83 fit in my '90 LX? Both are 4 door models.

What about the dash?

Yes. Absolutely. The dash will also fit just fine. Ford reshaped the dash, but didn't change how it mounted. I like the earlier dashes anyway...they took up less room, and didnt' crack.
