don't you think you're being a little harsh? im not into altezzas for the escort either, or civics in general. but calling the escort the "anti-style" is a little too much. especially coming from a guy who has the beemer headlights (which i would like to have some day on my car). if i were you, id focus mainly on making fun of the owner's cars with the APC window banners who think that a sticker can add 20hp. and spinner hubcaps too..

i wasnt cracking on the beemer headlights. i like them and think they're very original.

but here's a suggestion: escort altezzas, but have some taillight covers go over the entire rear. that way, the back of the car would look sweet lit up at night, and no ugliness of the altezzas during the day..

hahaha, actually. thats not entirely true. i was at the college today, and a '93 corolla sedan cut in front of me which had altezzas. i couldnt get mad at the guy because he made me laugh so friggin hard.

c'mon now. this forum is supposed to be the most open-minded forum around. and i hate hearing arguments about the most petty thing out there to pick on.
james may not own an escort now, but he still contributes a good deal of valuable information about the subjects we post. besides, i'm under the impression that he owns something non-escort not by choice. his scort died, he needed to get something to get around in that he would have fun with. his first choice was a nissan, but it was taken away from him due to economics. and i also hear him at random times wishing he had a scort again.
seriously, this was a lame post to begin with, and everyone threw in their two cents about it and it got out of hand. so what if someone has their own opinion. at least james didn't buy a pair for his civic.
so lay off, and if that's too much to handle, find another forum!
