am wondering on what material to use on clear tail lights...i used plexiglass but the one i used is soo clear(glass like look) and is too brittle...am looking for something like smoked look...any help?

sandblasted lexan. sandblasted from the inside. It will give you exactly what you're looking for, and the stuff's crazy strong. If you sandblast it from the inside, but paint it from the outside, then you get a smoked look that is still glossy. It's slick looking.

Good luck working with it though... you need to heat it up to curve it. The trick is not burning it.

heat gun, or blow dryer will work fine. And like siragan said, use lexan itll last longer.
