Yep I just ordered the one listed for an MX3 or Protege/323. Seems to me they were around $25 shipped for both of them

Are the e-bay strut bars worth it? I just searched and found both front and rear for the MX-3 (sticky says they bolt-on) for just under $50 shipped. Or, would money be better spent getting the Corksport bars?

the corksport bars are prettier and a bit more rigid, but IMO the ebay ones will do you just fine for a daily driver.
+1 on that

yeah the corksport one may be marginally better, but I personally feel like the best kind is one without pivot points, that is solid, and has no points to move under cornering load.

I used to have a cheap-O front bar on the blue car. I upgraded to a Corkport bar, and noticed a definite difference. I now have the Corksport front and rear bars on the blue car, and would definitely recommend them over the cheap eBay bars.

I do plan on autocrossing with my car, so I'll just save my pennies for the corksport bars. Thanks!
