yO I´m failing PA emissions on NOx with my 93 lx 1.9 mtx w/272,000 mi. I´m thinking about slapping universal arvin cat froma azone ($69). Input anyone? The engine is running great, 34 mpg, nothing burning. Any input appreciated. BTW, anyone know what´s up with escortgt.com?
thx

High NOx is caused by high combustion chamber temperatures. Try adjusting your timing a bit, and make sure your EGR valve is operating properly. Are COs or HCs close to failing, or are they really low??
