Good afternoon everyone. I took some new pictures today, no new mods, just new pictures during the car wash. My daughter and her friend always want to wash the car so why not take advantage of free kid labor? You can view them on my webshots directory at:

http://community.webshots.com/user/rallywhitegt

Just click on the RallyWhiteGT album. The new pictures are the last 6.

Next EGT I get...I'm painting the reflectors instead of removing them like you did.

That looks pimp. I love the 91-92 spoiler in conjunction with the 95-96 rims and the sideskirts look just pimp...

I love the sun roof too.

How old are you kids Zee? I figure they'd realize that you're suckering em for free labor by now, I figured it out when I was 11. :p

Wow! That's a fantastic looking GT! You do a really nice job keeping it up. Are you the first and only owner of it? How many miles are on it?

You'd probably love pics of my 95GT. It's still got the stock spoiler, although I - like you - was thinking about the 3-piece, although there aren't any EGTs at my local boneyard. Was the swap difficult?

The blonde in the picture is my kid, she's 7. The other is her friend. My boy is 17 months and his primary words are "CAR" and "VROOM". I'm shameless eh?

Siragan, the install wasn't too difficult. I did have to gut the rear interior of the car. Side pieces install with two bolts, so had to drill into the rear quarters to run the bolts through. Required measuring to make sure it all lined up. Let me tell you, I was sweating it, wondering if I'd measured correctly. Otherwise, I'd have holes in the bodywork and that just wouldn't do. Had to buy the hardware, seller didn't have it anymore. Quick trip to Lowe's took care of that, and I used aluminum L-brackets to hold down the center piece - the mounting hardware is hidden inside the mounting arms of the center unit. Didn't come with the 3rd brake light so I reused my existing one, doesn't match up exactly, but nothing's perfect right?

Glad I did it though. For me, it's all about differentiation from other Escorts. And no, I'm not the original owner. I was visiting relatives in VA Beach when I stumbled across it in the paper. Guy was selling it for his girlfriend, had a lot of cosmetic flaws I had to correct, so offered him a lower figure than what he was asking, citing the work needed. On the other hand, he had recently replaced the clutch, all 4 brakes, timing belt, etc. Personally I think he got ripped by an auto repair shop, but the parts were decent so we both came away happy.

I traded the factory intake, manifold and exhaust to a friend down that way and got his Pacesetter header, RMM intake and (then) Leistritz exhaust which I later replaced.
