I have to take my brand new CV shafts out because one is too long and the other is too short. I can't get them out of the diff. I'm messing up the case trying to get them out and I don't want to screw it up. Does anyone know if there are any inner joint slide hammer fork attachments that will get behind the inner joints?

Look for posts from me and denisond3; a fantastic tool, may give you some ideas; shows photos, too.....

Sorry, rushing to go out and freeze my fingers again to remove my rear seat in the cold, ha.

Depending on what kind you have, some kinds of cups are made with slide hammer 3-jaw fitting flanges. The other kind is made to have the boot attached and give it just enough tap straight out to do it. If it were older ones(not just put in) I have had some that were royally stuck. Those were so stuck I had to weld a slide puller plate on to pull against.
The important thing is to be as inline with the axle shaft as can be. Side forces will make it try to lock(as it is supposed to).
